The NFL made history this Christmas Day by partnering with Netflix for its first-ever NFL Christmas special, featuring an electrifying halftime performance by none other than Queen Bey herself, Beyoncé.

Riding a magnificent white horse adorned with a beautiful white costume, she began her performance by singing “16 Carriages” and immediately mesmerized the audience.

The event marked one big country and western party promoting her Cowboy Carter, which includes the songs “Blackbird,” “American Requiem,” and the newest single “Texas Hold ‘Em” in its setlist.

It was not a solo show but was also graced by many other artists like Post Malone and Shaboozey, joining her on stage for their respective tracks.

The eldest daughter of Beyoncé, Blue Ivy, also made an impressive appearance as she danced alongside her mother, adding personal touches to the performance.

The show had a phalanx of backup dancers and nearly 200 members from Texas Southern University’s Ocean of Soul Marching Band, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

Along with celebrating her musical talent, Beyoncé western and rodeo culture by including celebrated figures such as Mexican cowgirl Melanie Rivera and Myrtis Dightman Jr., a bull-riding legend.

This salute represented not only her roots but also the cultural diversity of Texas.
