The shooting guard Payton Pritchard was born to his parents, Terry Pritchard and Melissa Pritchard, who previously belonged to the sports fraternity. Reportedly, both of them were athletes.

In addition to being a mentor, Terry has been a business development manager at Bieri Brokerage since March 2026.
For the past two decades, he has simultaneously been a coach and mentor at FAST Sports, a basketball sports training center that he owns.
Not to forget, Terry also served as a transport specialist at Buckeye Pacific Corporation for over 4 years, from September 2017 until March 2026.
Terry’s academic attributes include a 1989 bachelor’s degree in administration and management from the University of Oklahoma.

With a career spanning over two decades, Melissa has established herself as an accomplished sales leader.
Her journey began at Rose City Personnel, where she served in the Business Development and Account Management department.
Likewise, she worked at Sapphire Technologies, managing new business development for almost three years.
At Thomson Reuters, Melissa landed several roles, from senior corporate sales executive to senior sales manager and account manager.
Currently, as the North America National Sales Manager at Avalara, she plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of sales tax compliance solutions.
Simultaneously, she has been working as an administration for Payton Pritchard Family Foundation “FAST Basketball” NBA Boston Celtics for over a decade, 13 years to be precise.
She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1997.
Given that Melissa and Terry are both alums of the University of Oklahoma, chances are they could’ve met there. However, details surrounding their first meeting remain unknown.
