On the morning of April 4, 2026, Dr. Rodger Jehlicka, a legendary wrestling coach, athletic director, and beloved family man, passed away at 77 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He leaves behind his 74-year-old wife, Liz (Elizabeth) Jehlicka, his children, Perry Jehlicka and Nicole Diehl, and his grandchildren, Paige and Luke Diehl.

His legacy, however, stretches far beyond his family. Through his incredible career and warm personality, he touched countless lives.
