Power forward Georges Niang shares a strong bond with his parents, Sidy and Alison Niang.
Niang, 32, is one of the Cavaliers‘ veterans having a stunning season.
The Evan Mobley and -led team is one of the favorites to win the Larry O’Brien trophy alongside the Celtics and the Thunder.
Though Niang hasn’t been one of the main contributors, he has played in all 48 games for the franchise.
The Massachusetts-born and-raised player is averaging 8.7 points this season at an average of 20.5 minutes played.
The power forward scored double digits in his last two games, 10 against the Hawks and 15 against the Heat.

After joining the Utah Jazz in 2018, Niang again played in the G-League, but since the 2019 season, the power forward hasn’t played on the G-League court.
