Former NFL Wide Receiver Steve Largent and Terry Bullock Have Been Married for Five Decades!

Steve Largent, a well-known former NFL wide receiver and politician, is married to Terry Gayle Bullock.

They both went to the same Oklahoma school, Putnam City High School.

The year was during their sophomore high school year when they came across each other in a Latin class.

Largent and Terry had started dating each other and continued attending the University of Tulsa.

There, Largent enjoyed college football and received a degree in biology simultaneously.

Steve and Terry married on January 4, 1975, kicking off a nearly 50-year partnership.

She was a continuous presence throughout his brilliant NFL career with the Seattle Seahawks, which lasted 14 seasons.

Often, Largent refers to her as one of the most influential people in his life and describes her as his best friend and an essential pillar during personal and professional times.

They have four children: Kyle Stephen, Kelly Douglas, Kramer James, and their daughter Casie Lee.

Kramer was born with spina bifida but has overcome most challenges; he married Dr. Janell Leann Root .

Largent appeared to be proud of his children’s abilities and that his family maintained a close familial bond.

Terry’s support wasn’t limited to the football field.

After Largent retired from professional football, they returned to Tulsa, and he entered politics.

Feeling persuaded by Terry’s encouragement and belief in his abilities, Largent sought and captured a House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002.

Though many people initially questioned this route as his next step, their decision together for public service paid off as he took a hard-fought election.

Being married to a public figure, Terry has kept a low profile during their marriage.

Steve Largent’s wife has often stepped aside while Steve basked in the limelight as an athlete and politician while keeping things stable at home.

Their relationship is based on mutual respect and partnership, as they value family time and have ways that keep them close.
