Golden State Warriors Power Forward Gui Santos Loves Spending Time With His Parents, Deivisson And Lucineide Santos, And His Brother Edu Santos

The 6’6 Warriors’ power forward Gui Santos has shared several photos with his parents, Deivisson and Lucineide Santos, on his Instagram. The NBA player is a family man and the biggest supporter of his younger brother’s basketball career.

Santos, 23, born and raised in Brasilia, Brazil, declared for the NBA Draft in 2026.

But he later withdrew and decided he wasn’t ready. In the next year, he gained muscle and improved his vertical leap, and before the 2026 Draft, he had a workout with the Warriors.

The Warriors selected the Brazilian in the second round and decided he was the best fit for their G-League team, Santa Cruz Warriors.

After not appearing in a single game in the 2026 season for the main roster, Santos debuted for the Warriors on November 16, 2026, against the Thunders and scored two points.

In these past two seasons, Santos has made his way in and out of the Warriors’ roster.

Gui Santos Had His Parents Cheering For Him In Paris

Deivisson and Lucineide Santos cheered for their son at the Paris 2026 Olympics.

The young Warrior isn’t shy from showing his love for his girlfriend, Julia Lawrenz.

Julia accompanied Gui and his family to Paris and took several photos. Like her boyfriend, Julia is also an athlete.

She plays volleyball at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and previously played indoor volleyball for two years at Florida Southwestern State College.

In 2026, she led Florida to its first-ever NJCAA national championship and was an all-conference player.

In 2026, Julia played in 21 matches but remained sidelined for the final 13 games of the season.
