Ice Train Wrestler Cause Of Death- The former wrestler, Ice Train, real name Harold Hogue, passed away at age 56 on Tuesday. The Houge family has kept the matters private.
The cause of death of the former wrestler hasn’t been revealed, but he was in a hospital in LA at the time of his demise. The former wrestler was likely to have been suffering from a disease.

The wrestler leaves behind his wife, Tiana, and four kids, Mykal, Yuri, Bishop, and Myles.

The former World Championship wrestler Ice Train, also known as MI Smooth, passed away on Tuesday at age 56. Harold was admitted to a hospital in LA, where he took his last breath.
On January 21, Igne Gullicksen started a Meal Train for the Houge family. In her post, Igne disclosed that Harlods’ wife, Tiana, was on her way to be with her husband in LA. And in the meantime, their four kids would be living in Georgia.
Igne started the so the four kids wouldn’t have financial stress. The goal of $4200 was reached within a few minutes. One of Hogue’s closest friends, Diamond Dallas Page, was the first to inform the fans about the wrestler’s passing.
On Tuesday afternoon, Page shared on his Instagram, “It was so Sad to hear that one of my closest brothers is gone. Harold Houge, aka H, aka Ice Train, aka Smooth, was a warrior and one of the kindest people I’ve ever known.”

Sanya wrote that the wrestler passed away peacefully in his heavenly home surrounded by his wife, kids, and siblings, both in person and virtually.
She further wrote, “He leaves a legacy of excellence in family, faith, football, professional wrestling, mentorship, and protecting his little sister.”
Reading what Igne and Sanya have shared on their social media handles, it looks like Harold was suffering from a disease for quite a long time, and the family might’ve known the outcome.
Ice Train Wrestler Career
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ice Train made his wrestling debut at the World Championship Wrestling in 1993.
He would appear on WCW Worldwide and Saturday Night and quickly become one of the fan favorites. After one year with WCW, Hogue wrestled for the Catch Wrestling Association and was with them for three years.
In 1996, he returned to WCW and formed a tag team partnership with Scott Norton. The two would then be known as Fire and Ice. Norton represented Fire, and Hogue represented Ice.

In 2019, after 18 years, Hogue returned to the wrestling world for a one-off match against Dave Taylor. He might be famously known as a wrestler, but Harold is also a Hall of Famer at Central State University for football.
Central State University inducted Harold into the Hall of Fame in 2026. At Central State University, Harold was a three-time All-American.
