Jenny Wiederholt Pine of Hastings passed away peacefully at the age of 44 on February 8, 2026, at Regina Medical Center in the early hours of Saturday.

A beloved coach, wife, and mother of three kids, untimely death has left everyone speechless. However, the prime reason behind her demise remains unknown.

Wiederholt’s Supper Club, owned by Jenny and her family, took to their social media to share the heartbreaking news. The post reads:

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the unexpected loss of our dear Jenny. We cant thank you all enough for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers during this devastating time in our lives.

Jenny and shared three kids, two sons and a daughter. However, the details of their married life remain unknown.

Originally from Greenville, Illinois, Mike Pine has remained silent about the tragic news, but he shared a family photo with Jenny and their children. This quiet remembrance was undoubtedly a subtle yet powerful expression of the sorrow felt by her loss.

The comment section is overflowing with condolences from his friends and loved ones.

One such comment by Tammy Vonburg reads, “Such a great loss my friend. There are no words to alleviate the grief you must carry for yourself and your children. All of us sit in silence with you and hold the hearts those who loved her.

Jenny Wiederholt-Pine’s funeral service, specifically the Mass of Christian Burial, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Miesville, officiated by Father Michael Tix.

Jenny Wiederholt Pine Founded Onyx Benefit Advisors in 2009 in Bloomington, Minnesota!

She built Onyx into a successful agency that offered services such as health risk management and wellness plans.

In 2016, Kraus-Anderson Insurance, a national leader in risk management services, acquired Onyx Benefit Advisors.

The acquisition complemented Kraus-Anderson Insurance’s benefits portfolio and reflected an investment in intellectual capital that supported the firm’s growth.

Since then, she took on the role of senior benefits advisor at Kraus-American Insurance. In this position, she marketed benefit programs and other agency services to Twin Cities metro area employers.

Jenny was known for her consultative approach, helping clients plan and design the right solutions for their needs.

Dennis Diessner, executive vice president and chief operating officer at KA Insurance, commented on the acquisition by expressing enthusiasm, saying:

These are uncertain times in the world of healthcare and business leaders need experienced professionals with creative solutions to help them craft an employee benefit plan that is fiscally responsible, while at the same time actually attracts and retains a company’s biggest asset, its employees.

Sharing a similar culture of core values also is extremely important. This is a perfect fit, and we are thrilled to be a part of Kraus-Anderson Insurance’s growing benefit practice,” said Wiederholt-Pine about the acquisition of her company.

Before her entrepreneurial journey, Jenny Wiederholt Pine worked as an account executive at GMAC Insurance from November 2006 until September 2009.

Likewise, she also served as a senior account manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for over three years, from May 2003 until November 2006.
