Joey Demare is a big name with the golf media group Bob Does Sports. He’s a Canadian who uses his platform to show the fun and laid-back side of golf.
There’s been some chatter about Joey Cold Cuts, whose real name is Joseph Demare, and his teeth.
From what’s out there, it seems like Joey might have had some dental work done or lost a tooth, possibly during a golf trip to a course called Teeth of the Dog.
People noticed his smile looked different in a video intro, and some fans joked about him being “toothless” or ready for a hockey podcast with that grin.
Joey’s a loud, fun guy, so if something did go down, he’d probably laugh it off and keep swinging.

On January 10, 2026, Joey posted about having dental surgery, saying he was in a lot of pain and joking that he looked like Brent Burns, a hockey player known for missing teeth.
Fans got worried, wondering if Joey had fake teeth all along.
But no, his teeth were real. The on the Brilliantly Dumb podcast, where he revealed he has a genetic condition where his teeth have super small roots, so they are weak and have to be pulled.
Those teeth are gone now, and he’s getting dental implants.
Joey also shared a list of “do’s” and “don’ts” post-surgery, outlining the foods he can and can’t eat while recovering.
