Brought up alongside a brother named Jonathan, she is the daughter of her parents, Caroline Tseng and Jay Lee.

In addition, Caroline works as an attorney, and Jay works as an application developer.

Speaking of Josephine, she is an animal lover and has a pet dog named Jimmy.

Her hobbies include playing the piano and solving Rubik’s cubes.

She frequently participates in speech and debate competitions.

Moreover, she has held the position of Vice President on the All Year FSC Junior Board and served as the Fundraising Coordinator for the West Coast Figure Skating High School Team.

Furthermore, she has also done volunteer teaching at the Irvine Senior Center.

From Debut to Glory in Competitive Figure Skating

She debuted in competitive figure skating at the 2018 Southwest Pacific Regionals, securing the 9th position in the Intermediate category.

Subsequently, she scored her first victory at the 2026 U.S. Championship Series in the Junior category, held in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Further success would follow Josephine in the coming years. In the 2026 Pacific Coast Sectional Singles Final, she clinched the top spot again.

The crown jewel in her career achievements is the U.S. Junior bronze medal she secured in 2026.

Finally, her most recent triumph occurred at the 2026 Pacific Coast Sectional Singles Final, where she secured the 1st position.

Talking of her skating notes, she has used “I Love Paris – J’aime Paris” by Zaz and Cole Porter and “Poeta en el Viento” by Vicente Amigo for the 2026-24 season.

She trains in Lakewood, California, and her coach is Amy Evidente. Additionally, her choreographers are Cindy Stuart and Massimo Scali.
