When swim season kicked off, they’d watch him and question his abilities and whether he would make it to the other side cause he looked like he was sinking.
Madison continued with a laugh, saying, Harrison never quit. He showed up, gave it his all, and almost every year, he’d walk away with the Most Improved trophy.
Eventually, what started as acquaintances gradually developed into a friendship that lasted long through college for Harrison and Madison at Notre Dame and Tennessee, respectively.

The football safety proposal to Madison was in her mother’s backyard. Although their proposal timing was unconventional, the couple wouldn’t have it any other way.
