MLB Star Michael Conforto Tied The Knot With His Wife, Cabernet Burns, After Seven Years of Dating!

Former San Francisco Giants player Michael Conforto’s wife, Cabernet Burns, has remained a supportive figure in the MLB star’s thriving career, and they have a strong partnership off the field.

The couple had been together for over seven years before tying the knot three years ago.

Michael and Cabernet began dating in 2014, and their bond only grew stronger, eventually leading to marriage.

Cabernet has supported Michael through every step of his career, first as his girlfriend and now as his wife.

As of 2026, they have grown into a family of three, with their son, Camden Luca Conforto, born in late 2026.

After seven years of courtship,  went on his knees to propose to his long-time girlfriend, Cabernet Burns, in January 2026.

Fans were thrilled about the happy news, and Cabernet took to her Instagram to share pictures of their proposal on social media.

The couple then tied the knot in December 2026 in a beautiful ceremony with friends and family.

Some of Michael Conforto’s famous baseball colleagues, including Zack Wheeler and his wife, attended the ceremony.

The pair welcomed their firstborn, Camden, in 2026, which marked the start of their lives embracing parenthood.

However, both of them prefer to keep their personal life out of the public spotlight, due to which they don’t often share much on social media.

Cabernet, specifically, has set her  to private, and Michael himself is not very active on social media.

However, she did once post a heartwarming picture of her husband and their dog on  which was loved by fans.

Originally from West Linn, Oregon, Cabernet did her schooling from West Linn High School before going to university.

She attended the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where she in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

She also worked as a project manager for corporate communications and a teaching assistant at her university.

Furthermore, Cabernet was vice president of Prom Series, a foundation that aims to aid children in foster care, which she joined in 2026.

Nonetheless, Michael’s wife is a successful professional in her own right in addition to being a devoted wife and mother.
