Noah Lyles, an American track and field sprinter who won the 100 m at the 2026 Olympics, leading the US team to its first victory since 2004, comes from an athletic family with both his parents being former athletes.

The track star Noah Lyles recently won the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix 60m in his first top-level meet since winning the gold medal in the Paris Olympics.

With his growing career and exceptional sprinting skills, is making his parents, Kevin Lyles and Keisha Caine Bishop, proud.

Furthermore, like Noah Lyles, his parents, Kevin and Keisha Caine, excelled in Sprinting and ran for Seton Hall University.

His father, Kevin Lyles, born on July 23, 1973, was the 1993 Big East Indoor Championship’s Most Outstanding Track Performer while attending Seton Hall University.

Moreover, gold medals with the United States in the  4 × 400-meter relay at the 1993 Summer Universiade and at the 1995 World Championships in Athletics, where he was an alternate runner in the heats stage.

Talking about his mother, Keisha Caine Bishop was a nine-time All-American Playing for Seton Hall University.

Keisha was also a member of two 4×400 relay teams that won NCAA national championships and part of the 4×400 relay team that won the 1994 Championship of America at the Penn Relays.

Additionally, she of two BIG EAST Championship winning teams and was the 1995 BIG East Championship Most Outstanding Performer and finished her career winning nine total conference championships.

Noah Lyles’ parents met at Seton Hall University in the 1990s, where Kevin Lyles was pursuing his bachelor’s in science and finance degree while Keisha studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government.

Both Kevin and Keisha graduated in 1995 and tied the knot.

According, Noah’s parents, Keisha Caine Bishop and Kevin Lyles, parted ways in 2008.

After the divorce, Keisha, Noah, and  moved from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Alexandria, Virginia, where Noah and his brother Josephus began pursuing their sports careers.

However, despite the separation, both Kevin and Keisha stood by their children’s sides as their constant source of support, encouraging them.

In addition to their sports journey, both of Noah’s parents are thriving in their respective careers.

After earning his master’s in political science degree from the University of Florida, Noah’s father, Kevin Lyles, began his career as an Actuarial Analyst at Tower Hill Insurance Group, where he served for two years from 1999-2001.

Kevin also served as an Actuarial Analyst for Florida Farm Bureau Insurance Company for four years before joining Wachovia Bank as a Knowledge and Research Consultant in 2005.

Likewise, his exceptional analyst career includes working as a Data Analyst at CMS, Sr. Analyst at Signature Consultants, AVP, Marketing Database Consultant at Wells Fargo, AVP, and Consumer Strategy Analyst at Bank of America.

Since April 2015, has been serving as a Vice President and Credit Portfolio Consultant at Wells Fargo located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Similarly, Noah’s mother, Keisha Caine, is an Orator and Life Coach who has been serving as LLC’s CEO in Piesville, Maryland, since August 2016.

Keisha Caine is also a popular author and philanthropist. She has been happily married to Mark Bishop for years, whereas Kevin tied the knot with Tosha Wesley.

  • He represented the United States at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games, winning a gold medal in the 200 m.
