The 25-year-old Jalen Carter was born to his mother, Tonique Brown, and father, Jana Carter, in Apopka, Florida. It appears his parents have already separated; however, it remains unascertained.
Jalen Carter played college football at the University of Georgia, where he was a two-time CFP national champion and a unanimous All-American in 2026.
Not many of you might know, but he played multiple positions in middle school, including running back cornerback, receiver, and even quarterback.
As a senior at Apopka High School, Jalen recorded 12 sacks, 64 tackles, and a touchdown. He was a five-star recruit and ranked the 18th overall prospect in his class.
The Philadelphia Eagles selected Jalen as the 9th overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft. Since then, there has been no turning back for the promising player.

I am very thankful for her. Everything you have seen me do so far, my mom has been the main objective for it. She supports me every day, talks to me every day; she is doing what a good mother should do.
The mother-son duo also takes time out of their busy schedule to spend quality time together.

The football player and his mother do a lot of charity work around Apopka. His commitment to helping others wholeheartedly is evident in his work, including an October 2026 incident.
After getting to know about an October 2026 incident at Northwest Recreation Complex in his hometown, Jalen didn’t give a second thought to helping the people affected.
He immediately called Tonique and wrote a $5000 check to help those in the accident.
A family-oriented person, Jalen attributes his family to everything he has achieved and has yet to achieve.
I play for them, and I play for my team, the football player said. This speaks volumes about how much of a family-oriented person Jalen is.
