Pat Narduzzi, the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh, is currently married to his wife, Donna Narduzzi, who has been a supportive partner throughout his coaching career.
Narduzzi, born in New Haven, Connecticut, on April 22, 1966, showcased his football talents at Ursuline High School in Ohio, where he led his team to a conference championship and state playoffs in 1984.
He then transitioned from player to coach, starting as a graduate assistant at Miami University in Ohio in 1990 and 1991.
His coaching career progressed as he moved to the University of Rhode Island from 1993 to 1999, initially coaching linebackers and later serving as the defensive coordinator.
By 2004, Narduzzi had taken the role of defensive coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, a position he held until 2007 before moving to Michigan State University.
His success at Michigan State was recognized in 2013 when he won the Broyles Award, acknowledging him as the nation’s top assistant coach.
In 2014, after a memorable victory in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic, he was appointed head coach at the University of Pittsburgh.
Under his leadership, Pitt achieved significant milestones, including beating Clemson in 2016 and capturing the ACC Coastal Division title in 2018.
While at Pitt, Narduzzi built a strong reputation as a great coach.

Arianna Narduzzi, the eldest child of Pat and Donna, born in August 1993, is the Executive Assistant for Football Operations at the University of Pittsburgh.
She attended Haslett High School from 2007 to 2011 and pursued a degree in advertising at Michigan State University, graduating in 2015.
During her time at Michigan State, she started her with roles as a Spartan Aide in the Football Department from August 2011 to August 2012 and as an Athletic Communications Student Worker from September 2013 to February 2014.
She also gained experience as an intern and part-time assistant at Shift Digital from July 2014 to February 2015.
After graduating, Arianna worked as an event coordinator for GNC from April 2015 to January 2017.
She then moved to a role as a Financial Services Consultant at PNC from January 2017 to February 2018 and later as a Middle Market Sales and Marketing Assistant at Huntington National Bank from February 2018 to March 2026.
Christina Lee, born in March 1996, attended Haslett High and started her studies at Michigan State University before transferring to Pittsburgh.

Patrick Narduzzi, born in July 1998, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in finance and marketing.
