Beyond the boxing world, Buffer expanded his career into professional wrestling, serving as the announcer for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) main events until 2001.

In 2018, he joined DAZN as the exclusive announcer for their boxing broadcasts, showcasing his adaptability in the evolving sports media landscape.

Buffer’s career has also touched other sports, including major events such as the MLB World Series, NBA Finals, and NFL playoff games.

In addition to live sports, Buffer has lent his voice to advertising campaigns, video games, and films, including appearances in “Rocky Balboa” and “Dumbo.”
