The football player, Cade Otton, married his high school sweetheart, Sierra Snyder, in 2026 after years of dating.
Cade and Sierra first ran into each other in 8th grade at a basketball game in Tumwater, Washington.
Although the precise details surrounding their relationship timeline remain concealed, eventually, they become head over heels for each other.
They started dating during high school and have been inseparable ever since. Cade and Sierra took a big step in their relationship, marrying on January 9, 2026.
Born and raised in Olympia, Washington, Sierra has always had Cade’s back ever since they started dating.
After a significant period of courtship, Cade went on his knees to pop the question to Sierra in October 2026, and it was the easiest YES for Sierra.

The name Tenille, of Gaelic origin, means “the Bringer of the Dawn Light,” symbolizing the bright future ahead for their family.

Originally from Olympia, Washington, Cade was born to her parents, Dan and Rhonda Snyder, as one of four children. She has three siblings: two sisters, Jessica and Samantha, and a brother, Austin Snyder.
Sierra was a standout basketball player in high school and even captained the .
Her skills were recognized through multiple first-team All-League selections. Likewise, Sierra was further acknowledged with first-team All-Area honors and an All-State Honorable Mention.
When Alyssa Vogt took over as Tumwater High School’s girls’ basketball coach, she immediately noticed Sierra Snyder.
Sierra had made significant progress in her basketball career by her senior year.
On January 31, 2017, during a Class 2A Evergreen Conference game against W.F. West, she scored her 1,000th career point. This remarkable achievement placed her in the elite 1,000 Point Club.
