She was an All-Conference softball player and the captain of her high school dance team.

From 2004 to 2009, she was also a Denver Broncos Cheerleader.

Her career in sports casting began with internships at FOX Sports Rocky Mountain and Mile High Sports magazine.

She later worked as a sideline reporter and host for various networks, including CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports Ohio, MTV2, and others.
