It turns out that the cherished food vlogger is in a relationship with the renowned soccer player Ryan Shellow.

Susi Vidal is an Internet personality with a substantial following, known for sharing easy-to-follow food recipes on Instagram and TikTok.

During the COVID pandemic and nursing school stress, she discovered a newfound interest in cooking, embracing it as a therapeutic hobby.

Eager to spread her newfound passion, she began sharing cooking videos on social media and launched the series “OnlyPans.”

After graduating with a BSN from the University of Arizona, she worked as a nurse for a year before leaving to pursue her passion.

Today, she has over a million followers on Instagram and 3 million on TikTok.

Susi is currently dating American soccer player Ryan Shellow.

Ryan Shellow, born on October 10, 1997, in Miami, Florida, United States, is currently 26 years old.

He currently serves as a for the USL League One team Richmond Kickers.

His journey in the sport began during high school when he showcased his skills playing for Gulliver Preparatory School.

Later, he transitioned to club soccer with Pinecrest Premier SC and then USSDA side Kendall SC.

Shellow’s on-field talent led to recognition on the Florida Olympic Development State Team.

Additionally, he earned the title of the 2010 Thanksgiving Showcase Interregional All-Star.

Continuing his athletic journey, Shellow pursued collegiate soccer by joining Cornell University’s soccer team.

During his four-season tenure with Big Red, Shellow appeared in 47 matches and topped the Ivy League in total saves for two seasons.

Furthermore, he recorded  70 saves each in his freshman and junior years.

In his senior year campaign, Shellow started 12 games, making 31 saves and concluding with a .705 save percentage.

Shellow also participated in the USL League Two, representing Weston FC and the Lakeland Tropics. He got his professional contract with FC Tucson, a USL League One team, in February of 2026.

Furthermore, March of 2026 saw Shellow joining USL Championship team Detroit City on a one-year contract and debuted professionally in September.

Following the conclusion of Detroit’s 2026 season, Shellow departed the club after re-signing on March 6, 2026.

The timeline of their relationship is unknown, but Ryan recently confirmed that they’re dating through an adorable Instagram post on Susi’s birthday.

In the post, Shellow expressed and a caption that said.

Additionally, Susi prefers to maintain her Instagram solely focused on her niche of food recipes.

However, she mentions him in her stories to offer her followers glimpses into their lives.
