In January 2018, Tyna Karageorge filed a defamation lawsuit against former NFL star Brian Urlacher, seeking $125 million in damages as she accused him of calling her a bad mother to Kennedy Urlacher and a killer.
Kennedy Urlacher, the son of Brian Urlacher and Tyna Karageorge, became embroiled in a contentious custody battle after his parents’ separation, although his parents were never actually married.
Reports suggest that his mother initially had custody before a court temporarily granted custody to Brian in 2018.
