The Wall Street banker alleged that the incident occurred after an NBA game between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets in Florida in a bathroom at the Kaseya Center in 2026.

She had reported two days after the degrading incident. However, the banker decided to bring up the case now after her identity got leaked, said her attorney, James Dunn.

While the details are still a bit sketchy, reports suggest that the banker was present during the altercation.

According to the sources, Nikita holds a senior position at a leading financial institution and maintains connections with influential figures across the corporate and entertainment sectors.

However, McGregor has denied the allegations, addressing them as nothing but a “shakedown.”

His legal team has also firmly denied it, stating their client acted in self-defense. “Conor McGregor has often been targeted with baseless accusations due to his prominent public profile,” his attorney commented in a press release. “We are confident that a thorough investigation will exonerate him.”

The banker, on the other hand, has not addressed the claims publicly. Her representatives have declined to comment, and colleagues describe him as a private individual who rarely seeks public attention.

The Florida State Attorney’s office previously declined to pursue criminal charges, but after Nikita’s identity leaked, she filed a civil case against the MMA fighter.

The lawsuit also names the Kaseya Center and Miami Heat as defendants, alleging that staff and security failed to provide enough protection.

Meanwhile, McGregor and the banker are under immense media scrutiny to clear the air about their roles in the alleged incident.
